1. Purpose
This document is not about selling to Rohit Darolia or Get My Ghar. It is a practical builder-intel sheet for meetings with Kolkata-region developers and project teams. The goal is to help you walk into each conversation with:

2. Core Outreach Principle
Do not pitch all builders the same way.
Pitch structure should vary by context:

3. What To Sell in the First Meeting
You are not trying to sell the full vision in the first meeting. You are trying to sell one of these:
