Purpose: Convert the workstream into a sequence that minimizes conflict and ambiguity.
Backlog Order
- Audit current iPad residual pages and components.
- Audit current iOS app structure and create feature parity matrix.
- Audit WebOS modules and identify reusable contracts.
- Extend Oracle schema plan for component coverage across all surfaces.
- Design template chapter and subchapter taxonomy.
- Define seed JSON examples for each chapter and subchapter.
- Define Kimi Synthetic Data downstream generation process.
- Define inventory property ingest contract and edit contract.
- Define admin control plane scope and role boundaries.
- Define phone edge MVP capability set with platform-safe capture constraints.
- Define communication capture matrix by channel: PSTN, SMS, email, Facebook or Instagram business messaging, WhatsApp business messaging, WhatsApp voice, WhatsApp video.
- Define memory extraction and reminder pipeline from transcripts, messages, and operator notes.
- Define Android tablet parity implementation structure.
- Begin iPad residual implementation.
- Begin backend route and schema implementation.
- Begin Android tablet scaffold.
- Begin iPhone and Android phone edge app scaffolds.
